The American Association of Modern Languages (the MLA) has awarded its annual award for the best linguistic and literary works, translations and teaching achievements. This is reported by the Ukrainian Center of the International PEN-Club.
Among the recipients – Virlana Weaver and Wanda Phipps (Virlana Tkacz and Wanda Phipps) , which was translated into English Selected Poems Sergei Zhadan ” So , what we are living, then , for the sake of which we die ” ( ” for What for We Live For , for What for We The Die For ” ) … Collection came out in the US in 2019 year (the Yale University then Press).
