President Volodymyr Zelenskyi responded to a petition to lift the ban on conscription men from Ukraine.
The head of state instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the issues raised in the petition.
It will be recalled that the initiator of the petition proposes to give priority to volunteers during mobilization, and to open borders to others so as not to provoke corruption.
