Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, more than 220,000 Ukrainian women have been employed in Poland. This was announced on Radio Warszawa by the Minister of Family and Social Policy of Poland Marlena Malyong .

“More than 220,000 women from Ukraine have already been employed in Poland. We are satisfied with this, it is a good result, “said Maljong.
She also added that about 1.2 million Ukrainians received the Polish Identification Code (PESEL), 500,000 of them were women of working age.
