Ukraine has returned the bodies of another 64 fallen defenders of Azovstal, the exchange took place in the Zaporozhye region, the Ministry of Reintegration said .

“In the Zaporozhye region, another operation took place to exchange the bodies of fallen servicemen. Ukraine returned the bodies of 64 heroic defenders of Azovstal for a decent burial,” the ministry said in a statement to the Telegram.
Details
As indicated, the relevant agreement was reached as a result of negotiations with the Commissioner for Missing Persons under special circumstances Oleg Kotenko.
The operation was carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Reintegration, GUR MOU, SBU, GS ZSU and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
The process of returning the bodies of the dead Ukrainian soldiers continues. It takes place in accordance with the rules of the Geneva Convention.

Earlier, Ukraine managed to return the bodies of 210 servicemen. Most of them are Azovstal defenders .
