The Ukrainian driver’s license was adapted to EU documents. You can exchange an old certificate for a European-style document at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Details
To exchange a driver’s license you must provide:
• passport;
• a copy of the TIN;
• driving license.
The adapted driver’s license contains codes instead of icons (eg goggles), which are also used in a European-style document.
Also in the driver’s license there is a mark of passing a practical exam for a car with an automatic transmission in the form of code “78”.
