Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a Russian citizen was suspected of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian citizens in collaborative activities (Part 3 of Article 110, Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, a Russian citizen who lived in Skadovsk for a long time, during the temporary occupation of the region by the Russians entered into a criminal conspiracy with representatives of the aggressor country to change the borders of the territory and state border of Ukraine. To do this, he held the position of so-called head of the Skadovsk district military administration.
In turn, the citizen of Ukraine voluntarily became the so-called first deputy head of the Skadovsk district military administration.
“The suspects are actively involved in the selection of other employees of the occupation authority and subordinate institutions and organizations. In addition, acting in the interests of the aggressor country, they call on the people of the region to submit to the occupying forces, express support for the actions of the invaders aimed at violating the territorial integrity of Ukraine, “the statement said.
The pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings is being carried out by officers of the SBU Office in the Kherson Region.
As reported, in the Kherson region, Russian invaders “appointed” their “head” of the temporarily occupied Skadovsk district, and the legitimate Ukrainian government is working remotely .
