According to the official letter of the Lithuanian freight railway company LTG Cargo, the company has received an explanation from the European Commission, according to which, even if the sanctioned goods and goods go from one part of Russia to another, but through the EU, their transportation should still be prohibited .
Preliminarily, the ban will affect 40-50% of the range of goods previously transported between the exclave and the rest of Russia.
