He believes that Kyiv or any other safe Ukrainian city would be a fantastic venue for Eurovision-2023.
“He will have another year, everything will be fine by the time the Eurovision Song Contest takes place, and I hope that Ukrainians will understand this,” Johnson added.

The European Language Union has decided that Ukraine will not be able to host Eurovision-2023. The organizers of the song contest plan to negotiate with the UK, which took second place.
Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko stated that Ukraine does not agree with the decision of the European Language Union (EBU) to hold Eurovision-2023 in another country and requires additional negotiations.
