“Applicants on the basis of basic secondary education (ie after the ninth grade) will apply for the first time through personal e-cabinets. Registration of personal e-cabinets is carried out on the website of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education,” the statement said.

The Ministry of Education and Science noted that it is possible to enter a professional junior bachelor’s degree both with a document on basic secondary education and on complete general (profile) secondary education, as well as professional or higher education. With a number of exceptions, all entrants are required to register e-offices and submit applications electronically.
The list of specialties with a creative competition for which you can enter the professional junior bachelor’s degree can be viewed in Appendix 1 to the Procedure for Admission to Study at the FPVO Institutions in 2022.
