“Every day, border guards refuse to cross the border to leave, sometimes (refuse – ed.) More than 100 people, the vast majority of whom are men who are subject to restrictions on travel bans during martial law,” Demchenko said.

According to him, violators of the state border who try to cross it illegally are also detained every day.
“Over the past 24 hours alone, there have been more than 30 of them. to cross the border illegally using forged documents or in another illegal way, “Demchenko said.
Addition
Under martial law in Ukraine, men between the ages of 18 and 60 are banned from leaving the country. Exceptions may be for men found unfit for military service, those with three or more minor children, foster children, and so on.
Also during martial law it is allowed to allow drivers transporting medical cargo, humanitarian aid cargo by road for the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, as well as the population of Ukraine.
