“At the initiative of the Land Forces team, we created a division of military boats in the north of the Dnieper. The division is currently tasked with supporting Kyiv’s defense forces operating near the Dnieper. In the future there will be a river flotilla, which will consist of several divisions located in different parts of the Dnieper. This will be done both through the construction of new boats and through the transfer of boats from our partners, “Neizhpapa said.
He also added that the river flotilla is planned to be reinforced by marines, as it is the main force in the fighting to capture the bridgehead. The Marines will perform tasks on rivers to overcome obstacles and ensure the actions of the ship’s staff.
