Kuleba added that Moscow is not indifferent and “willingly want to stop this process”, but it does not have this opportunity.
These statements by Lavrov are a manifestation of alarm, but when there is an aggressor country, a coalition is formed against it that wants to put it in its place. So, there is no problem here in forming a coalition.
