The specific list of communities in the areas of hostilities, the TOT and those in the vicinity is determined by the Ministry of Reintegration. Currently, these are the territorial communities of Donetsk (66), Kharkiv (51), Dnipropetrovsk (7), Luhansk (37), Zaporizhia (52), Kherson (49), Mykolaiv (24), Sumy (18) regions. A total of 304 communities are on the list.
