Thus, 94 universal containers, by means of which various goods were transported, were transferred to the commercial department of the National Agency of Ukraine for Detection, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes. They were also arrested for almost UAH 18 million.

“It has been established that the actual owners of the property transfer the income from its use to the accounts of Russian and offshore companies. Therefore, these funds can be used to finance the enemy’s armed forces and other illegal military formations. In addition, in order to avoid the forcible seizure of property rights of the Russian Federation and its residents, the owners may introduce various schemes and mechanisms to conceal the ultimate owners of the property, ”the statement reads.
The events were held jointly with the staff of the Director for Economic and Information Security of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. Procedural guidance in criminal proceedings is provided by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The court seized the corporate rights of nine Ukrainian companies owned by the Russian holding companies Rostech, Tatneft, RusAl and HMS Group, as well as 70 real estate objects, including property complexes and land plots. , with a total value of over 4.5 billion hryvnias.
