Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – June 30, 2022- The head of US intelligence, Avril Haynes, said that he is fully confident that Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to seize most of Ukraine, as the United States is currently studying three possible main scenarios for the development of the war in Ukraine.
As for the Kremlin’s goals, nothing has changed since the start of the all-out Russian war against Ukraine.
At the same time, the US intelligence services saw three possible scenarios for the development of the war in Ukraine, namely:
- Russian forces are likely to achieve only incremental gains.
- There will be a major breakthrough of the Russian forces.
- Ukraine will achieve success in stabilizing the front line.
The US intelligence also warned the Ukrainian state of the Russian invasion, as the enemy bombed military and civilian targets, and in Mariupol alone, more than 20 thousand people were killed.
As of June 30, the defenders of Ukraine gave an adequate repulsion to the invaders, and about 35,600 enemies were destroyed on our land.
Despite this, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haynes said the picture of the war in Ukraine remains “fairly bleak”.
