Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – June 30, 2022- In the Kherson region, the Russian military fired missiles at the village of Novovorontsovka, damaging a farm and expensive agricultural machinery.

“Yesterday, June 29, the Russian army launched missile strikes on the village of Novovorontsovka, Beryslav district, Kherson region. As a result of the enemy attack, farm buildings on the territory of the farm were destroyed, expensive agricultural machinery was damaged, ”the statement reads.
It is noted that there are no civilian casualties.
Police officers worked on the spot, collected material evidence of a war crime, interviewed local residents, and the amount of damage to the community is currently being determined.
Open criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war.” The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of 8 to 12 years.
As reported, the Novovorontsov community in the Kherson region is left without electricity and water due to shelling by Russian troops.
The police opened 1,399 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the Russian military in the Kherson region.
