The bill proposes to amend the Civil Procedure Code.
According to the changes, the application for establishing the fact of birth (death) of a person within the territory where the martial law or state of emergency is in force may be submitted by parents, relatives, their representatives or other legal representatives of the child to any court of Ukraine, regardless of residence applicant.
Such cases are considered by the court immediately, and the decision made by the court is subject to immediate execution. The decision of the court to establish the fact of birth (death) of a person within the territory where the martial law or state of emergency is in force may be appealed in the general order established by the Civil Procedure Code. Appealing the decision does not suspend its execution.
Addition
During the sitting, the Verkhovna Rada amended the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for the extension of deadlines for administrative penalties.
