“The conflict between the military leadership of the Russian Federation and the directors of the defense plants is increasingly making it impossible to refer new combat armored vehicles to the combat zone,” the message reads.
As noted, during the Russian-Ukrainian war, defenders of Ukraine destroyed more than 40 percent of combat-ready tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers of the occupation units from the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation alone. Their restoration should be carried out at special repair enterprises.
When delivering damaged equipment to repair plants, the occupiers completely disassemble it, and the spare parts and units are sold or exchanged for alcohol. Sometimes only charred skeletons of BMPs and tanks reach the factories.
At the same time, directors of repair companies instructed employees not to accept equipment for repair. They motivate this by the lack of components and insufficient amounts of funds received from the military for work already completed.
The command tried to save the situation with the help of specially created repair teams, which were supposed to restore equipment near the combat zones. However, corruption and greed for profit among the military leadership of the Russian Federation brought this attempt to nothing.
