According to reports, about 35 passengers were traveling in the bus. Rescuers are searching for survivors in and around the wreckage of the wrecked car.
The bus skidded on a wet road during heavy rain, the driver lost control and the vehicle fell about 61 m into a ravine.
Fatal road accidents are common in Pakistan due to poor road infrastructure, disregard for traffic rules and poorly maintained vehicles. Last month, 22 people died in a similar accident when a bus fell into a ravine in Kila Saifullah area.
