“Parliament supported draft law No. 7523 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022″, which proposes to increase total expenditures from the state budget by UAH 80.9 billion,” Shulyak wrote in Telegram.

According to her, the funds will be distributed as follows:
- The Ministry of Social Policy has UAH 73.8 billion to finance budget programs, in particular, to provide monthly targeted assistance to internally displaced persons to
- cover living expenses, including for the payment of housing and communal services in the amount of UAH 32.4 billion and to ensure the payment of pensions, allowances and increases to pensions and the deficit of the Pension Fund in the amount of UAH 32.3 billion.
- Ministry of Agrarian Policy to finance the new budget program “Support to farms and other producers of agricultural products” in the amount of UAH 1.5 billion.
- The Ministry of Finance for financing the budget program “Ensuring the functioning of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund” in the amount of UAH 4 billion;
- To the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories due to the increase in expenditures of the special fund of the state budget for the financing of the new budget program “Subsidy from the state budget to local budgets for the restoration of critical infrastructure objects within the framework of the joint project with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development “Urban Infrastructure Development Project – 2” in UAH 1.6 billion.
“It is proposed to balance expenses at the expense of external and internal borrowings in the amount of UAH 79.4 billion, as well as revenues from other assistance provided by the European Union in the amount of UAH 1.5 billion,” the People’s Deputy noted.

On July 9, the Verkhovna Rada supported the possibility of writing off loans for property destroyed during the war.
