The Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine has achieved through the Court of Appeals the return of a number of real estate objects, which were previously seized by a decision of the Pechersk court.
We are talking about 16 real estate objects that were previously arrested due to the relevant decision of the court of first instance.
The arrest petition was first initiated by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine as part of an investigation by the National Police into the misappropriation of property.
The arrest was made on November 3. Now all objects have returned under the wing of the Federation.
“The trade union building, the October Palace, hotels and sanatoriums are operating normally, ” the press service said.
The government has prepared and sent for approval to the FPU (Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine) a document on the procedure for payment of sole proprietorships (individual entrepreneurs) and employees of one-time cash benefits in connection with quarantine restrictions.
The government document was published on the portal of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine on Monday, December 7.
