“Rescuers found 15 dead people under the rubble of a high-rise building in Chasovoy Yar, which the Russian invaders hit with rockets yesterday evening. Five people were rescued. They established and maintain language contact with several more people who were under the rubble. According to various estimates, another 24 people, including a 9-year-old child, may be staying there,” Kyrylenko said based on operational information as of 4:00 p.m.

According to him, rescuers of the State Emergency Service dismantled about 99 tons of destroyed elements of the building.
