Russia is launching powerful missile attacks on peaceful cities of Ukraine in order to secure “imaginary victories” and sow panic among the population. “The main purpose of such strikes is to sow panic. This is psychological pressure on those regions that are considered to be deep in the rear, internal tension in the country so that there is no understanding that the front line is moving towards the return of the occupiers to their country, and the cleansing of our territories. The occupiers launch rocket attacks on peaceful cities of Ukraine, where there are no military-strategic facilities.
On July 14, rioters attacked the center of Vinnytsia, killing 24 people.
Also, the other day, the occupiers fired at least 10 rockets at the two largest universities in Mykolaiv.
The city of Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region were also shelled . Three dead and 16 wounded are known.
