He also added that all recommendations of the Navy and Armed Forces should be followed during export. Together with the military, safe routes were developed along which all civilian vessels will pass.
“We will sell grain to everyone. And all ships that can freely follow these recommendations can come to us,” said the people’s deputy.
Umerov noted that compliance with security rules will be monitored by a monitoring group under the auspices of the UN, which will be located in Istanbul.
“There should not be any Russian ships in our waters. We do not trust them. Even if they sign an agreement with the UN. This is an aggressor country, and until they move to their borders, they cannot be trusted. But regarding these corridors, we have developed a mechanism where there will be no control of these vessels at sea. Only the monitoring group will work with its mandate, and they will only check that these vessels are not armed,” he emphasized.
