The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated: “in Kostyantynivka, Ukrainian nationalists mined radioactive and chemical waste storage facilities of a lead production enterprise, which they plan to blow up when retreating from the city in order to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of creating a threat of radioactive contamination of the territories of Ukraine.” This is a fake!
Collaborator-“leader” of the temporarily occupied Donetsk, O. Kulemzin, said that “during the shelling of the city, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine use the full range of NATO weapons against the civilian population.” This is manipulation!
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S. Lavrov said that “the efforts of the Russian delegation managed to preserve the depoliticized nature of the agreement on Ukrainian grain, and Washington and Brussels stopped creating obstacles to reaching an agreement.” At the same time, the latter said: “the signing of the Russia-UN memorandum emphasizes the artificiality of the West’s attempts to blame the Russian Federation for problems with the supply of grain.” This is misinformation!
