Head of the staff of the Dnipro Terrodefense Hennadiy Korban, whose passport was confiscated at the checkpoint upon entering Ukraine, announced that he will try to return to Ukraine again – with a birth certificate. He wrote about this on his Facebook page .

“I left the transit zone. At the moment, I am in Poland. As you know, I was not allowed to go home. My passport was taken away, marking my status as “stateless person” in the citizenship column. Now I am looking for an opportunity to cross the border of Ukraine again. “I still have a birth certificate in my hands, which no one can stop or cancel. This document says where I was born – the city of Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine,” Korban wrote.

The passport was confiscated from the head of the staff of the Dnipro Terrodefense Hennadiy Korban during his entry into Ukraine at the checkpoint .
Korban appealed to Zelensky because of the confiscation of his passport upon entering Ukraine.
Context
Bankova confirmed the existence of a secret decree on the deprivation of citizenship, including that of Korban, adding that the decree contains personal data of individuals, therefore it is not made public.
