The Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law as a whole, which provides for a ban on forced collection of debts for communal services during martial law. This was reported by People’s Deputy Oleksandr Bakumov .

“The Verkhovna Rada prohibited, during the martial law, the execution of executive actions based on decisions on the collection of debts for housing and communal services from individuals. Accepted in general,” Bakumov wrote in Telegram.
Details
The document proposes, for the duration of the martial law, to suspend the execution of executive actions in executive proceedings for the recovery of housing debt from an individual, as well as decisions for which debtors are enterprises of the defense-industrial complex, military administration bodies, military units, universities and other organizations that are part of the Armed Forces (except for decisions on the collection of salaries and financial support of military personnel).

The Verkhovna Rada sent for a repeated second reading the draft law on establishing a moratorium on the increase of heat and gas tariffs during martial law.
