The former chairman of the advisory board of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling in Ukraine and lobbyist of the gaming business, Borys Baum, should be held accountable for his work.

The People’s Deputy emphasized that a highly qualified specialist should have been hired for such a position, which was previously held by Baum.
“I don’t understand the game of this specialist who fled abroad (Boris Baum – ed.): what is he a specialist in? In poker or joker? All the same, it would be necessary to have another specialist and in general to develop the gambling business, guided by other trends,” said the People’s Deputy.
Journalists emphasize that Baum still has Latvian citizenship, despite the fact that he received Ukrainian citizenship in 2020.
