“I spoke with Blinken, who informed me about the results of his conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia. We agreed on the further strengthening of Ukraine in military and economic terms,” Kuleba wrote.
The minister added that in the conversation the officials focused on the next practical steps that would allow Ukraine to make the Russian invasion fail.
