“In Sevastopol, on the territory of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, as a result of the detonation of a low-power explosive device mounted on a home-made UAV, five people were injured due to the flying of fragments of window panes in one of the premises,” the report reads.
The occupiers have canceled any festive events dedicated to the day of the Russian Armed Forces, and the townspeople are asked not to leave their homes.
