“Since August 1, 15 preschool educational institutions cannot work – due to the lack of shelters, and therefore they will not be able to create a safe stay for children,” Tkachuk wrote on Facebook.

She added that such a decision caused indignation among parents. Therefore, it was decided to admit children to preschools without parents’ work certificates.
“Of course, the situation will not become easier, because 15 kindergartens will stop working, and therefore, children from here will have to go to other institutions,” Tkachuk said.
She also reported that 18 kindergartens, which were suspended for the summer vacation, will start working on August 10. The Department of Education of Chernivtsi assumes that of the 15 preschool institutions that stop their work due to the lack of shelters, five will be able to start working after finalizing the remarks of the special commission.
