For those who are going to evacuate, the Ministry of Reintegration has published an action algorithm:
1. Contact the hotlines of the Donetsk Regional Office or use the appropriate chatbots;
2. On the basis of the appeal, those willing to evacuate will come to their homes, help them gather and drive them to the evacuation site;
3. Departure from the danger zone. People are transported by trains and buses;
4. During the trip, they will help to issue a certificate of IDP;
5. Upon arrival, the displaced persons will be met and given the first financial aid from the state.
Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk emphasized that no one will be forced to evacuate. Citizens who refuse take personal responsibility for their lives and the lives of their children.
