According to the carriers and a representative of the Korean Ministry of Transport, Chang Chang-seong, an official notification was sent on the evening of August 2, in which six areas of the airspace were designated as “dangerous zones”. Flights will be restricted from 12:00 on August 4 until 12:00 on August 7.
