In an interview with the publication “Gaming Capital”, the spokesman of the volunteer investigative community InformNapalm Mykhailo Makaruk said that the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) should be re-elected, and Baum should stop being an “observer” of the gaming business of Ukraine, UNN reports .

“KRAIL was made under Baum. Not KRAIL is bad there. The fact that the regulatory body needs to be re-elected is a fact. But it is necessary to deprive him of these onlookers, such as Baum. And introduce transparent rules of the game. There is no transparent tax payment scheme, they have not yet made this mechanism transparent, and this is the bottom,” said Makaruk.

According to the spokesperson of InformNapalm, the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, Oleksandr Babakov, is currently influencing the gambling business in Ukraine through Baum.

Our gambling business is registered under one person and this person’s last name is Babakov. Because where can we have casinos? Only in five-star hotels.
