After payment, the ticket can be added to the Apple Passkit wallet. Online chat with support service is also available in Apple Messages.
To launch Apple Messages, just click the “Messages” icon on the Ukrzaliznytsia website.
Ukrzaliznytsia launched its first chatbot on Viber and Telegram in January 2021, and at the end of last year, the chatbot became available on Facebook Messenger and Apple Messages.
