“Kyivteploenergo” noted that an increase in debt to the population for consumed heat after the heating season and a reduction after the inter-heating season is observed every year.
“This is explained by the fact that some customers who accumulate debts during the heating season pay them in installments during the calendar year, including during the interheating period. There is also now a tendency to increase the level of debt payments due to customers who accumulated debts during forced emigration and returned home. To residents of the capital who are in other cities or countries, KP “Kyivteploenergo” recommends paying for services using online services .
It is reported that KP “Kyivteploenergo” provides customers who have accumulated debts for heating and hot water, the opportunity to restructure the debt: approve the schedule and make payments in equal parts, reducing the burden on the family budget.
