At the same time, persons who still have lease agreements for land shares must renew them. In the event that the term of the contract has expired and the owner has not appeared, the person will be deprived of the right to own land shares,” the message reads.

The occupiers said that from the beginning of September of this year, Ukrainian-style license plates on vehicles will be changed to temporary ones with subsequent re-registration, provided that the owner of the vehicle has a Russian passport.
On the way out of the city, at checkpoints, the occupiers continue to check men, in particular, to examine tattoos. Thus, the measures of the Rashist are aimed at the passporting of the population and the assignment of property of persons who left for the territories controlled by Ukraine.
At the same time, in the captured territory of the Kherson region, the “minister of agrarian policy of the Kherson region” Oleksiy Kovalev calls on agricultural producers to register their activities and pay “taxes” according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. Those who refuse will be deprived of land ownership rights, and agribusiness owners will be expelled from the region.
In the city of Kamianske, the occupation administration is carrying out measures to transfer the activities of local businesses to tax standards in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Business representatives and the self-employed population were handed relevant letters. The main requirement for business activity is the presence of citizenship of the Russian Federation.
Ukraine is discussing increasing criminal liability for all categories of the population that have received Russian passports.
