Zaporizhzhia NPP, captured by Russia, must be handed over to the control of a special commission after another series of dangerous Russian provocations. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, made such a call to the UN and the IAEA .

On the evening of August 5, Russian terrorists attacked the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant for the second time with rocket-propelled grenades. Three “arrivals” were recorded right on the site of the station, near one of the power units where the nuclear reactor is located.
Oleksandr Starukh, the head of Zaporizhzhya OVA , reported that the enemy shelling was carried out on the highway that transports hydrogen to the ZNPP and that due to damage to the power lines, the 4th power unit of the station was disconnected from the power system and transferred to the reserve.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the actions of the Russian occupying forces on the territory of the Zaporizhia NPP in Energodar, which they captured.
