During the new evening address of the President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that 28 billion hryvnias worth of Russian assets were seized in Ukraine .

The President held a meeting on sanctions policy and confiscation of Russian assets. As government officials reported, assets worth 28 billion hryvnias have already been forcibly seized in Ukraine.

“This work continues. More than 900 objects belonging to the Russian state have been proposed to be confiscated. And if we evaluate the property package not only of the terrorist state, but also of its residents, then we are talking about 36,000 items for seizure. All this will be directed to compensate for the damages caused by Russia through war and terror,” Zelenskyi said.
