During his evening address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for strict sanctions against the entire nuclear industry of the Russian Federation due to the shelling of the Zaporizhia NPP.

On August 5, the occupiers opened fire twice on the territory of the Zaporizhzhya NPP. As Zelensky noted, this is the largest nuclear power plant on our continent, and any shelling of this facility is an outright audacious crime, an act of terror.

“Russia must be responsible for the very fact of creating a threat to the nuclear power plant. And this is not only another argument in favor of recognizing Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.
