Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba called on the world to respond harshly to the terrorist attack by the Russian occupiers after Russia struck a hostel in Kharkiv.

“The Russians struck a residential area of Kharkiv, killing at least 6 and wounding at least 16 people. russia continues to kill people in the middle of Europe. The only way to stop Putin is to provide Ukraine with maximum military assistance and impose much tougher sanctions against Russia,” the statement said.

The Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv. The invaders hit the Saltovsky district. The head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov reported 7 dead and 16 wounded, including an 11-year-old child.
