In Dovzhansk, Luhansk region, the Russian occupiers tear up their passports during forced mobilization. The information comes from residents of the temporarily occupied territories outraged by the arbitrariness of Russia. This was announced by the chairman of the Luhansk OVA Serhii Gaidai .

The head of the Luhansk OVA stressed that the enemy recognizes his inability to organize a massive offensive over the past month, to turn tactical successes into operational achievements.
“Therefore, it is trying to restore the combat capability of units by various illegal methods in order to prevent a counterattack by the Ukrainian military,” Gaidai said.
The official also said that residents of the Luhansk region refused to work for the occupier. According to him, the population learns that Russian specialists, who are also invited to the Luhansk region for auxiliary work, are paid 10-15 times more.
