“The Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Ensuring Civil Protection Requirements During Planning and Development of Territories” contains the following initiatives:
Consideration of civil protection measures is still at the stage of construction documentation development.
Simplification of the procedure for the transfer of land plots for the construction of bomb shelters.
Mandatory placement of civil defense facilities during the construction of facilities where more than 50 people will be permanently present or more than 100 people will be periodically present.
The need to maintain storage facilities in constant readiness.
