Electric cars will still appear in the Ferrari lineup. The Italian company has decided to keep up with other automakers and is already developing two electric models at once.
The journalists of the British edition of Car learned about this from the secret Ferrari documentation. It reports that Ferrari electric cars with factory indexes F244 and F245 will appear in 2024 and 2025.
It became known that these will be crossovers, and the new Ferrari Purosangue will serve as the basis for them (it will be presented in 2022). Ferrari electric cars will differ only in design, but they will have a common platform and motors.
Ferrari electric crossovers will be equipped with four motors with a total capacity of 610 liters. from. and four-wheel drive, as well as a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 80 kW ∙ h.
Of course, there are already much more powerful electrocrossovers with larger batteries. However, Ferrari’s electric cars promise to be made very light – this will improve dynamics and increase the range.
