President of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Putin instructed to provide armed security in schools in the self-proclaimed “DNR” and “LNR”, as well as in other occupied territories of Ukraine. This was stated by the first deputy head of the administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Serhiy Kiriyenko .

Kiriyenko added that armed guards will appear near schools in the occupied territories from September 1.
In addition, Putin decided to “take care” of Ukrainians who were forced to flee due to the aggressive war of the Russian Federation.
Thus, the President of Russia signed a decree regulating the legal status of “citizens of the DNR, LNR” and Ukraine in the Russian Federation.
– citizens can work in the Russian Federation without a patent or work permit;
– those who left the “DNR”, “LNR” or Ukraine forcibly, and those who arrived in the Russian Federation, will receive social benefits in the amount of 10 thousand rubles;
– citizens can stay in the Russian Federation for an unlimited period of time, subject to fingerprinting, photography and a medical examination .
