The electronic pension certificate became available in “Dia”. This was announced on September 2 by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov .

Pension certificates are available in the following types:
- by age: for women – from 55, for men – from 60;
- special: issued due to loss of breadwinner, disability and for other reasons.
“Now you can not carry a plastic card with you, but use a digital document. For example, to travel on public transport or get a discount in pharmacies. You can also check whether you can share your pension with the help of a QR code,” the government official noted.

The pension certificate must be issued after 2014. As Fedorov notes, 6.3 million citizens in Ukraine use them now.
If the pension card is an old-style book, it must be updated to a plastic card in the Pension Fund. It is also worth paying attention to ensure that there are no errors in the pension and that all data is correct.
The pension issued by age will be pulled into the application automatically, just like a digital passport. And the special certificate must be added to the list of documents yourself.
