The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a decree on the creation of military administrations of settlements in the Donetsk region. Decree No. 620/2022 was published on the website of the head of state .
Details
Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, the President decided to establish:
- Dobropil city military administration of Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region;
- Mirnograd city military administration of Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region;
- Pokrovsky city military administration of Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region;
- Selydiv city military administration, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region.
Zelenskyi also ordered the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Donetsk Regional State Administration to carry out, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, the measures related to the formation of military administrations, specified in Article 1 of this Decree.
The decree enters into force from the day of its publication.
