Racists lie, manipulate and distort the real state of affairs at the Zaporizhzhia NPP and spread only useful information about the visit of the IAEA mission. This is stated in the statement of Energoatom .

In particular, as reported, the Russian occupiers are making every effort to prevent the mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency from getting to know the real state of affairs at the Zaporizhia NPP. According to Energoatom, they spread manipulative and false information about this visit:
1. The vast majority of “media from around the world” who came to the station yesterday are Russian propagandists. Buses with Ukrainian and foreign journalists who tried to get to the Zaporizhzhia NPP together with the IAEA mission through the territory of Ukraine were not allowed by the rioters at the checkpoint.
2. The occupiers lie, distort the facts and evidence that testify to their shelling of the station, as well as the consequences of damage to the ZNPP infrastructure. Predictably, the Armed Forces are blamed.
3. Military trucks, which in violation of all fire safety requirements are in the machine rooms of power units, were presented to the IAEA experts as equipment of the chemical defense forces. They try to hide all the violations of nuclear and radiation safety created by them in lies and manipulations.
4. The Russians did not allow the mission to the crisis center of the ZANP, where Russian military personnel are currently stationed, whom the IAEA representatives were not supposed to see. In other words, some of the armed Russian invaders were simply “hidden” at the nuclear plant.
5. The missions “presented” a pre-planned and staged show, as if “residents of Energodar are complaining about the shelling of the Armed Forces.” More precisely, they talk about shelling, which the invaders persistently attribute to the Ukrainian defenders.
6. The invaders deliberately jammed mobile communications and the Internet in Energodar in order to prevent the transmission of photos and videos from the ZNPP and its satellite city.
7. The Rashists allowed only operative personnel to work at the Zaporizhzhia NPP and significantly limited the presence of people on the routes of movement of members of the IAEA delegation.

“We understand that under these conditions it will be difficult for the IAEA to give an objective assessment of the situation at the ZNPP. Instead, we emphasize that it is impossible to implement all the recommendations of the nuclear and radiation safety restoration mission at the station while it is under the control of the Russian occupying forces,” the department emphasizes.
Addition
According to Energoatom , as of 18:00 on September 1, 2022, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, left the Zaporizhzhia NPP. Most of the members of the delegation left the station with him, and 5 representatives of the IAEA mission remained.
Grossi said that he had completed his first visit to the Zaporizhzhya NPP and added that the IAEA would maintain a permanent presence there.
