Ukraine and the European Union signed an agreement to provide Kyiv with budget support in the amount of 500 million euros. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in his Telegram .

“(Signed – ed.) an agreement on providing Ukraine with budget support for 500 million euros,” Shmyhal noted in the list of agreements signed with the EU.
The allocated funds, as indicated by the head of the government, have a specific purpose and will be used to provide housing for internally displaced persons, as well as to support small farmers so that they can continue and develop their business.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal met today in Brussels with Vice President of the European Commission Marosh Shefchovych. On the agenda are energy issues and the introduction of a full energy embargo against Russia.
