During his evening address, Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced that two people were detained in Chernihiv Oblast, who were involved in the incident during the exhibition in Chernihiv.

The President received a report that two persons directly involved in the tragic incident in Chernihiv were detained on suspicion of committing a criminal offense.
The first gave the order to take combat weapons to a public city event. The second allowed the child to pick up a weapon.
Zelensky once again warned all representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies on the ground.
“Make sure that there are no military weapons and other dangerous means at public events,” the Head of State noted.
The criminal proceedings have been transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation.
